Terms of Sale
Article 1 – Purpose These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through nausicaasjournal.com by Nausicaa's Journal, a sole proprietorship registered under SIRET 918 371 816 00029, located at 6 Quai Turckheim, 67000 Strasbourg, France.
Article 2 – Products Products are described as accurately as possible. Nausicaa's Journal cannot be held liable for errors or omissions.
Article 3 – Pricing All prices are listed in euros, inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time; the price applicable to an order is the one in effect at the time of confirmation.
Article 4 – Orders By confirming an order, the customer accepts these Terms of Sale. Nausicaa's Journal reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute or suspected fraud.
Article 5 – Payment Payment is accepted by credit/debit card or PayPal. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. All transactions are secured.
Article 6 – Delivery Orders are dispatched within the following timeframes after payment confirmation:
- Metropolitan France: 3 to 15 business days
- European Union: 7 to 30 business days
- International: 7 to 30 business days
Nausicaa's Journal cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond its control.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Article 8 – Legal Guarantees All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Article 9 – Personal Data Data collected during an order is used solely for processing purposes. Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data by contacting: teamnausicaa@gmail.com
Article 10 – Disputes In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction. For consumer disputes, customers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
